Rebecca Warren is the Sydney Manager Acoustics for WSP. She studied Environmental Engineering initially and has worked in both Australia and France. She is passionate about getting more women involved in acoustics and engineering, with 90% of women in other university studies having never considered studying engineering due to a lack of awareness of what engineers do. We talked about how we can raise awareness about engineering, engage in role modelling, advocacy and mentoring. She also shares some thoughts on imposter syndrome and how leaders can help their staff overcome it.
